Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose and Scope

The Platform is operated by LION INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS CORPORATION, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, with its principal place of business at 6900 Bitterbush Place, Boynton Beach, FL 33472, United States of America, doing business as Log3. All references to “Log3” in this AUP mean LION INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS CORPORATION.

This Acceptable Use Policy (the “AUP”) governs the use of the Log3 platform, websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”) by all customers, end users, representatives, affiliates, partners, and any other parties who access or transact with the Platform (collectively, “You” or “Users”).

This AUP is incorporated by reference into, and forms part of: (a) the Log3 Customer Terms of Service applicable to subscribers of the Platform; (b) the Log3 Independent Sales Representative Agreement applicable to participants in the Log3 Representative Program; and (c) any other agreement between You and Log3 that incorporates this AUP.

Your use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of this AUP. Violations may result in suspension of access, termination of your agreement with Log3, forfeiture of fees or commissions, and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.

2. Prohibited Uses of the Platform

You shall not use the Platform, directly or indirectly, to:

2.1 Engage in unlawful activity

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, sanction, or court order, including export-control laws, anti-money-laundering laws, anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws (including the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the UK Bribery Act), data-protection laws (including the EU GDPR, UK GDPR, Brazil’s LGPD, and the California Consumer Privacy Act), and consumer-protection laws.
• Facilitate, broker, finance, or otherwise enable any transaction or shipment that violates international sanctions imposed by the United States Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United Nations, or any other applicable sanctions authority.
• Misrepresent the origin, classification, value, or destination of goods for the purpose of evading customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or import/export restrictions.
• Engage in or facilitate human trafficking, forced labor, child labor, or any practice prohibited by the International Labour Organization’s core conventions.

2.2 Engage in prohibited industries

You shall not use the Platform to manage, calculate, broker, ship, or otherwise transact in goods or services associated with the following industries:

• Weapons, munitions, firearms, ammunition, explosives, and military equipment, except as expressly authorized in writing by Log3 and only where the customer holds all required export, import, and end-use licenses.
• Controlled substances, narcotics, illegal drugs, and drug paraphernalia, except for legitimate pharmaceutical companies operating with appropriate regulatory authorizations.
• Wildlife, ivory, endangered species, and any goods restricted under the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES).
• Counterfeit, pirated, or trademark-infringing goods of any kind.
• Stolen goods, proceeds of crime, or any merchandise of unverified or unlawful provenance.
• Adult content, pornography, escort services, or sexually-oriented merchandise.
• Online gambling, sports betting, lotteries, or games of chance, except where the customer is a licensed operator in all relevant jurisdictions and Log3 has expressly authorized such use in writing.
• Cryptocurrency mining hardware, mining-as-a-service, or unlicensed cryptocurrency exchanges. Licensed virtual asset service providers (VASPs) may use the Platform with prior written authorization from Log3.
• Multi-level marketing schemes, pyramid schemes, or any business model whose primary economic substance is the recruitment of additional participants rather than the sale of goods or services.

2.3 Harm the Platform or other Users

• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform, except as expressly authorized through Log3’s responsible-disclosure program.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform, any other User’s account, or any system or network connected to the Platform.
• Introduce viruses, worms, trojans, ransomware, time bombs, cancelbots, or any other code intended to damage, disrupt, or surveil the Platform or its Users.
• Use automated systems, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the Platform except through Log3’s published APIs and within applicable rate limits.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Platform.
• Bypass, disable, or interfere with any security, authentication, or access-control feature of the Platform.
• Use the Platform to launch denial-of-service attacks against any third party.
• Resell, sublicense, or repackage the Platform or its outputs without express written authorization from Log3.

2.4 Misuse data

• Collect, harvest, or extract data from the Platform other than data You have lawful right to access through your normal use of the Platform.
• Use the Platform to process personal data in violation of applicable data-protection laws or in excess of the purposes for which it was provided.
• Disclose, sell, or transfer to third parties any data obtained from the Platform without explicit authorization from the data subject and Log3.
• Use the Platform to send unsolicited bulk communications (spam) in violation of applicable law, including the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act, the EU GDPR ePrivacy provisions, Canada’s CASL, or Brazil’s LGPD.
• Misrepresent your identity, your employer’s identity, your geographic location, or any other material fact when using the Platform.

2.5 Abuse representative or referral mechanisms

If You are a participant in the Log3 Representative Program, You shall not, in addition to any obligation in the Independent Sales Representative Agreement:

• Self-refer or use referral mechanisms to sign up Yourself, Your employees, Your affiliated entities, or any party acting on Your behalf for the purpose of generating commissions.
• Engage in cookie stuffing, fraudulent attribution, fake account creation, automated sign-ups, or any other practice intended to artificially generate or inflate commissions.
• Bid on, register, or use Log3 trademarks or confusingly similar terms in paid search advertising, domain names, social-media handles, email addresses, or app-store listings.
• Make false, misleading, exaggerated, or unauthorized representations about the Platform, its features, its pricing, its performance, or its compatibility with any other system.
• Promise discounts, refunds, rebates, kickbacks, or incentives to Customers other than those expressly authorized by Log3 in writing.
• Target as Customers any individuals under the age of eighteen (18) or any entities operating in industries prohibited by Section 2.2 of this AUP.

2.6 Engage in deceptive or harmful conduct

• Make false or misleading public statements about Log3, the Platform, or other Users.
• Impersonate Log3, any Log3 employee or representative, any Customer, or any other party.
• Engage in conduct that is fraudulent, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or that exposes Log3 or other Users to legal liability or reputational harm.

3. Required Conduct

In addition to the prohibitions above, You shall:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering for and using the Platform, and update such information as it changes.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any access credentials and promptly notify Log3 of any actual or suspected unauthorized access.
• Cooperate reasonably with Log3 in any investigation of suspected violations of this AUP, including by providing relevant records, communications, or attestations.
• Comply with all instructions, technical guidance, and security requirements published by Log3 from time to time.
• Promptly report to Log3 any actual or suspected security vulnerability or data breach that comes to your attention through your use of the Platform, via Log3’s designated reporting channels.

4. Enforcement

Log3 may, in its sole discretion and at any time, take any of the following actions in response to an actual or suspected violation of this AUP:

• Investigate the violation, including by reviewing account activity, logs, and communications, subject to applicable law.
• Issue a warning or require corrective action.
• Suspend or restrict Your access to the Platform, in whole or in part, with or without notice.
• Terminate Your account and any associated agreements, with or without notice, in accordance with the terms of those agreements.
• Withhold, void, or claw back any fees, commissions, or other amounts that would otherwise be payable to You where such amounts arise from or relate to the violation.
• Report the violation to law-enforcement authorities, regulators, payment partners, or other relevant third parties, and cooperate with any resulting investigation.
• Pursue any other remedy available under applicable law or contract.

Log3’s exercise of any remedy under this AUP does not waive any other remedy available to it. Suspension or termination under this AUP does not relieve You of any obligation to pay amounts owed to Log3 or to comply with surviving terms of any agreement with Log3.

5. Reporting Violations

If You become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to Log3 promptly at the email address published at log3.ai/contact (currently legal@log3.ai). Reports should include sufficient detail to permit investigation, including dates, times, accounts involved, and any supporting evidence.

Log3 will treat all reports as confidential to the extent permitted by law. Log3 does not tolerate retaliation against any party who reports a violation in good faith.

6. Updates to this AUP

Log3 may update this AUP from time to time. The current version is always available at log3.ai/acceptable-use-policy, together with the version number and effective date. Log3 will provide reasonable notice of material updates to active customers and representatives by email or in-product notice. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of an updated AUP constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP. If You do not accept an update, Your sole remedy is to terminate your agreement with Log3 in accordance with the terms of that agreement.

7. Definitions and Construction

Capitalized terms used but not defined in this AUP have the meanings given in the agreement under which You access the Platform (the Customer Terms of Service or the Independent Sales Representative Agreement, as applicable). In the event of any conflict between this AUP and such agreement, this AUP controls with respect to permitted and prohibited uses of the Platform; the agreement controls with respect to commercial terms (fees, commissions, term, termination procedure, and dispute resolution).

This AUP does not create any rights enforceable by any third party. Nothing in this AUP shall be construed to limit Log3’s rights or remedies under applicable law.
